Stuffed Frogs

Stuffed Frogs

Ingredients;

6 edible frogs, skinned, whole
1 cup ground pork
1/4 head garlic, chopped fine
1/8 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
Salt and pepper

Procedure:

1. Mix pork with garlic, vinegar and seasonings.
2. Stuff the belly of well cleaned frogs.
3. Rub with seasoning and pat dry
4. Fry in deep hot fat until frogs are crisp and golden brown.
